• Avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours prior to your appointment to support hydration and healing.
• Avoid touching the treated area during the healing process, except when gently cleansing as instructed.
• Avoid water exposure, excessive sweating, or steam for at least 7 days, or until the area is fully healed.
• Apply your recommended aftercare cream exactly as directed.
• Avoid direct sunlight and always wear sunscreen to protect pigment longevity.
